The Maldives

The Maldives is an archipelago of more than 1,000 islands scattered across the Indian Ocean, famous for its turquoise waters, pristine beaches, and exceptional seabed. There are two types of islands:

- Private resort islands: Each island is occupied by a single high-end hotel complex. They offer absolute comfort, overwater villas, and a luxurious experience, but often at very high prices.

- Local islands: Open to tourism in recent years, they offer accommodation in guesthouses or small hotels at more affordable prices. Here, you can discover real Maldivian life, while still having access to magnificent beaches and sea excursions. In this itinerary, we focus on local islands for a more authentic, immersive, and accessible experience, while fully enjoying the beauty of the Maldives.
